This spectacular build is situated on a large hillside block and consists of four staggered residential blocks. Access to the multiple work faces was via a combination of fixed scaffold, all terrain scissor lifts and boom lifts. At times, due to the difficulties of the site all three methods were engaged concurrently.

The specified product was Stryum Aluminium Cladding powder coated in Monument with Gold highlighted areas to balcony returns and fins.
