CBS was involved in the initial office renovation and have been part of the build team right through to the construction of the new International Terminal.

Some of the buildings such as the Thrifty/Budget rental building and the CASA building were completed under the CBS building Licence while the balance of the buildings were sub contracted to Construction Control.

All of the façade works are built on the light-weight walling system and post tensioned concrete structures generally employed at the variety of airport precincts.
